LOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
CIVIL WORKS REQUIREMENTS
The TSRO must comply with local building code requirements and electrical requirements.

One (1) meter set back distance in the cashier’s booth or dispensing pump to firewall shall be maintained and no other commercial establishment shall be installed/constructed within the TSRO other than those necessary for its operation.

All TSRO machines shall be mounted on concrete and shall be protected against collision damage by any acceptable means.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
TSRO shall undergo Safety standard test and shall have a Certificate of Explosion-Proof.

Service stations shall be constructed with facilities for storage, handling and dispensing of flammable and combustible liquids, including its equipment, appurtenances and service area in either inside or outside buildings.
